Authentic Validation

Authentic Validation is our service mark. What does that mean? Our approach to validation is rooted in the origin of validation. It is a robust industrial process intended to deliver equipment, systems and processes that reliably do exactly what they are supposed to do, repeatedly, all in an established State of Control. How is that different from our competitors? Commercial validation today has devolved into an unpopular, hate-to-do-it but got-to-do-it so do-it-as-quickly, do-it-as-cheaply as possible exercise. The result is "validated" or "qualified" equipment, systems, and processes that do not work. 

Master Planning

We analyze the project, evaluate the needs and the best strategy based on numerous inputs, then develop a project plan that will deliver success.

Qualification

Starting with a foundation of Good Engineering Practice, we develop the requisite qualification approach for the proper qualification of the Installation, Operation, and Performance of your equipment, systems, and processes.

Project Closeout

Once the qualification is complete, we develop the appropriate project close out format (often derived from the Master Plan), review all the completion commitments, and summarize them in an easy to read format.
