We concentrate on the technology, the process, the equipment, the systems required to meet the FDA requirements. Founder's ProfileOur founder, Blair J. Conley, of Schenevus, New York (B.S. Chemistry, Iowa State University) entered the pharmaceutical industry as an analytical scientist in 1976. After a few years, he was recruited into manufacturing management. By age 25, he was a production manager with sterile product manufacturing, solid dose manufacturing, liquid manufacturing, and viscous product manufacturing responsibilities. Ten years later, he was a Plant Manager with responsibility for four facilities, including major total plant reconstruction responsibilities. Mr. Conley has performed major upgrades, GMP and business turn-around, major staff recruitment projects, and much more.
